Gerry Pesut has been the President of several ($100 M US) Canadian and US companies with extensive experience in general management, strategic leadership, creation of performance cultures, turnaround and consolidation management.
He is recognized as a strong turnaround leader and has taken organizations from pre-revenue to over $250 M in revenue.
Most recently he was the CEO of Advanced Systems, a human resource management software company, where he took the company from it’s early stage to a recognized leader in people optimization solutions.
Gerry’s career includes several years with StorageTek as President of the Canadian Subsidiary and later as President of the midrange business unit headquartered in Chicago, where he led a successful turnaround and restructuring.
He started his career at IBM as a sales/marketing executive and eventually went on to create and run Grid Systems Canada where he was asked to move to the US to become the SVP of Worldwide Sales.

KEVIN GASTON, BCOM, PME, CBA, IBA
Kevin Gaston started his first business in University and had sold 3 of his own businesses by the age of 27. Hired the same year by exclusive LNR corporation (commercial real estate) which later became part of Cresa Partners, Kevin plunged into the corporate real estate world. Coldwell Banker then hired Kevin to create their commercial/corporate business division which is still successful today.
10 years ago after working with Staubach Corporation on the development of Royal Island in the Bahamas, Kevin bought his first PropertyGuys.com franchise, he went on to own 5 PropertyGuys.com franchises making him the largest franchise owner in Canada. After relieving himself of daily activity from PropertyGuys.com, Kevin assembled a team and co-created BizPros.ca

Lori is a marketing strategist with experience creating authentic marketing strategies to help businesses accomplish their goals – including brand awareness, website development, social media, and paid advertising.
Lori has helped dozens of entrepreneurs and privately held businesses flourish in their industries. Previously, Lori worked in the corporate environment for a financial printer company, Sunnybrook Hospital, and a national chair manufacturer. She graduated with honours from the University of Toronto with a degree in English, Ryerson University with a certificate in Public Relations, and University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School with a certificate in Marketing.
Vladimir Reznik , Broker of Record
Vladimir Reznik is a real estate professional whose expertise and competence are built on the foundation of his prior careers in paralegal and investigations. He brings to the table over 25 years of experience in client representation, contract negotiation, and a sharp eye for detail.

He has progressive and diversified executive level experience in sales, operations and finance developed over 20 years working for blue chip companies like CIGNA Insurance and BMO Nesbitt Burns as well as start-ups and small businesses, in wholesale, retail, international trade, construction, and financial services.
Leanne is an entrepreneur and businesswoman who has worked in the marketing industry for more than 20 years. Market research is her field of expertise. She offers strategic advice through hands-on market research to ensure their products are in-line with the market they sell their products in. She has collaborated with a number of national brands to provide excellent qualitative market research and analysis that is personalized to meet the client’s specific needs.
Leanne’s specialties include business and consumer focus group recruiting, one-on-one interviews, on-site demonstrations, mystery shopping, exit surveys and project management within Canada and the United States. Leanne’s nimble attitude towards business allows her to be flexible and respond quickly to her clients specific market requirements.
She is passionate about her clients and takes pride in customer service that has lead to long-lasting business partnerships. Leanne excels in a fast-paced work environment. Jim Gaston FCA FCPA is a retired PWC partner after a successful 25 year career with continually increasing partner responsibilities.
Jim is an expert in buying and selling businesses and in performing Due Diligence to assist the buyers or sellers in all aspects of their acquisition or sale decision. Over the last few years, he has been deeply involved in the sale or purchase of businesses with a total value exceeding $700 million dollars. He also is engaged in teaching other CPAs about Due Diligence and the acquisition or sale of businesses for the CPA Institute.
